President and CEO
Joe Soles has 13 years of experience in the senior-care industry and is the co-founder of Prime Senior Placement, which is headquartered in Birmingham, AL. He also founded the Your Choice Senior Care franchising model in 2010.
Joe began his professional career in the mass marketing media industry, where he led his division to new heights. His experience and compassion allowed him to diversify his management skills and move in to the senior-care industry after recognizing the incredible need for consistent and compassionate care. As the founder of Your Choice Senior Care, he identified the need to assist families with making decisions for their loved ones’ next step.
Joe is a native of Georgia and graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His unique perspective outside of the senior-care industry and his experience have allowed him to identify additional options for caring for our senior population.
President
George Heinemann has 5 years of experience in the senior care industry, owning and operating Your Choice Senior Care – Birmingham, an in-home senior care business. He is the co-founder of Prime Senior Placement, which is headquartered in Birmingham, AL. His move into the senior-care industry was predicated by his entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help families navigate the complicated nature of the healthcare industry, first focusing on enabling seniors to live at home and now helping them find the right place to live.
George started his professional career working in the print and digital advertising industry. Over the course of 18 years, he grew his knowledge base, taking on greater responsibility and initiatives in manufacturing management, sales, customer service, sales support, collections, and eventually directing a field service team that spanned across the USA. George’s transition into senior care was driven by his servant heart and desire to help families find solutions for their loved ones in a time of need.
George is a native of Illinois and graduated with a B.S. in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Florida Metropolitan University.
Executive Vice President of Development and Training
Tim has been involved in the senior healthcare industry for the past 14 years. Entering the field as a sales counselor for Brookdale University Park, Tim also served with Somerby St. Vincent’s 119 and as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Always Best Care (ABC). During his four-year tenure at ABC, Tim helped the franchise achieve one of the highest growth rates in the nation. Over the course of his career, Tim has helped more than 4,600 families find the best living arrangement and care for their loved ones.
In 2018, Tim created Senior Placement Services to develop a full-service placement company that could help families navigate each step of the difficult process of finding the right retirement community. Over the past five years, Tim and his staff have helped hundreds of families with their placement needs. He credits this success to his team’s unwavering commitment to finding the best possible outcome for each of their clients.
Tim joined with George Heinemann and Joe Soles in 2020 to create Prime Senior Placement, which has allowed his vision and model to be shared with others.
Senior Director of Franchise Sales
Tom Ingle is responsible for Prime Senior Placement’s franchise recruitment and is seeking qualified candidates for this exciting industry. He brings more than 15 years of experience in franchise development, has helped build 3 other placement companies, and is now the senior director of franchise sales.
Tom is committed to finding the right franchisees who will be successful on their own. He works closely with franchise broker networks, helping people achieve their dream of business ownership.
Executive Assistant of Franchise Operations
Jayde serves Prime Senior Placement by supporting operations, marketing initiatives, and franchise development. She is a graduate of Auburn University and brings a strong background in marketing, operations, and organizational support. Jayde is proud to support the company’s mission of helping families navigate senior care decisions with confidence.
